Behind the wide-scale digital reforms and innovative solutions being implemented across the country — all aimed at making everyday life more convenient — are the dedicated professionals who have committed their careers to this vital sector.

In celebration of May 7 – ICT Professionals’ Day in the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Ministry of Digital Technologies honored a number of devoted specialists with departmental awards. These individuals have made significant contributions to the industry through their knowledge, expertise, and long-standing service.

Among the awardees are team members from UNICON-SOFT:

🔹 Bekhruz Naimov, Deputy General Director of UNICON-SOFT LLC — awarded the “Master of the Profession” badge;

🔹 Xurshidjon Saydikarimov, Project Manager at the Project Management Department — received the Honorary Certificate of the Ministry.

On May 8, a company-wide meeting was held at UNICON-SOFT under the leadership of General Director Umid Usmanov to recognize and celebrate these accomplishments. On behalf of the entire team, the awarded employees were congratulated for their meaningful contributions to the digital progress of Uzbekistan and were further encouraged by the company’s leadership.
